An interview with Fiona Cairns – designer of the Royal Wedding cake

Cake designer Fiona Cairns has been chosen to make the cake for the wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton. Decorated using the Joseph Lambeth technique, the cake will be a traditional fruit cake of several tiers.
